![]() ![]() Microsoft formus and googled it but cant find anything that has fixed the problem. It also shows up ok in the Lync Add-in for Outlook 2010.just not in Outlook 2010 itself. The presence shows up ok in the OCS and Lync Clients. Works ok for Outlook 2007 for both clients. It is showing as presence unknown even though i enabled the option CONNECT WEBEX TO MICROSOFT OUTLOOK. This happens in the OCS and Lync clients for a user on OutlookĢ010. We plan to roll out Outlook 2010 sp1 and have been testing with both OCS and Lync and I have found that I get "Presence Unknown" for all users in Outlook (when I go the New Email and add the user). but outlook show them -'presence unknown' For some of my customers, I can see their presence on the outlook. It runs OK in Teams client and Outlook web. ![]() And I cannot start an IM, no IM window opens when I click on the icon. It runs perfectly with tenant users, but external users show a white circle with an unknown presence label. Only 1 pool in each environment and only 2 users have been migrated to Lync (for testing). For many days, I try to find why I cannot see external users status in Outlook 2016. Type DisableDropTransactionOnSeqNumLimit, and then press Enter.
